Tel & Fax 978 223 9828. website : www.fonhoh.org Dear Friends and Supporters of Haiti’s Development As expressed in our recent newsletter, our foundation is facing the need to have a stronger structure that can help us respond to the needs of the population that we set to serve. Thus, we are launching a new support system called the Family & Friends Deduction System (FFDS). With this system, we intend to generate funds which will allow us to have a steady income to support our project operations. To begin, we have set our goal to $1000 US per month. To achieve this target, we are identifying 100 friends and/or family members who can respond by contributing $10 per month. As Mirlande Butler from the Eritaj Foundation put it, “a tiny support from many people who truly care can make an effective difference.” You have been selected to be among the 100 people we know who care! If you agree to participate, please note the following: 1. You have a choice of contributing $ 10 US either on a monthly basis, by trimester, semester or once a year. 2. We would like to reach our first $1000 US target very soon and we need your help to reach this. 3. You will receive our 501(c)3 tax deductible number which you will use to claim your deductions when you fill your income taxes. 4. You will receive a report on how your contributions are being used. 5. You have a choice to make your contributions using one of the following methods: • Mail a one time contribution of $120 for the year and mail your check to FONHOH. • Use the Eritaj Foundation debit/credit card system which allows you to donate even very small amount on a monthly basis. If you use this method please notice that a deduction of $10/month will show on your card going to Eritaj Foundation for FONHOH. Try to keep track of your contribution because Bank of America will charge us $US15.00 to investigate any doubt on any amount of money debited from your card.
